Walker & Sloan are currently seeking an experienced Estimator for our client, a specialist Sub Contractor in Bristol. With a competitive salary range of £40,000 to £60,000 plus package, this position offers an excellent opportunity for growth and development in the construction industry.

Job Description:

* Conduct accurate cost estimates for sub-contractor work, ensuring all aspects of the project are considered

* Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure accurate and timely estimates

* Review and analyze project plans, specifications, and other relevant documents

* Identify and evaluate potential risks and opportunities in the estimation process

* Prepare and present detailed cost breakdowns and estimates to clients and stakeholders

Key Skills and Experience:

* Minimum of 3 years' experience as an Estimator in the construction industry

* Strong knowledge of sub-contractor work and associated cost estimating

* Proficient in using industry-specific software for cost estimation

* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

* Strong attention to detail and accuracy

* Effective communication and interpersonal skills
