Purpose of the role

Generate specification and project opportunities through existing and new client base within then given geographical area or area of responsibility

Duties

* Successfully qualify new leads / opportunities by addressing clients’ requirements

* Build strong working relationships to drive value within the services provided

* Handle complaints and objections to the best of ability

* Be focused on Scheme Creation / Business Development / Client and Partner Experience

* Build strong relationships with appropriate agents and highprofile business figures

* Actively promote the business via social media activity, networking and webinars in line with the long-term business plan and strategy as and when required

* Carry out technical CPD, attend seminars and training sessions to actively increase profile and own core skills

* Carry out in-depth video and site based surveys at customers home in-order to provide detailed quotations

* Assist the marketing department with project workings and case studies to generate business interest

* Drive revenue and profit margin to achieve personal, team and business targets

* To be up to date with all competitor activity within target area and to report any significant events/ situations to the wider Group

* Work closely with line managers to ensure all KPI's are met

* Attend monthly sales meetings to report, sales data information supporting monthly wins, pending accounts, promising future prospects and the following month’s targets, actions and booked meetings

* Work closely with team colleagues to ensure customer requirements are met dutifully.

Experience Required

3 years minimum experience within the same sector – (Domestic, European and International knowledge of the removals industry)
3 years minimum in Sales & Customer service environment - open to previous property or estate agency experience however, main focus is the same industry

Whats on offer

* Basic salary of 37-40K depending on experience.

* Quarterly paid commission (to be discussed at interview stage)

* 25 days leave plus standard bank holidays
