As a Purchase Ledger Clerk, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our client's financial records, ensuring all invoices are processed efficiently and accurately. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing the purchase ledger, handling supplier queries, reconciling statements, and supporting the finance team with various tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Processing invoices and payments accurately and in a timely manner
Managing supplier accounts and resolving any discrepancies
Reconciliation of supplier statements and purchase ledger accounts
Assisting with month-end closing activities
