Are you an experienced Deputy Manager with a passion for delivering exceptional care in a luxury residential setting? I have an exciting opportunity for you to join a well-established residential home located close to Banstead, Surrey.

Position: Deputy Manager
Location: Banstead, Surrey
Hours: 37 hours per week
Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the day-to-day management of the residential home, ensuring the highest standards of care and service delivery.
Support the Home Manager in maintaining regulatory compliance and promoting a safe, caring environment for residents and staff.
Lead and manage staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure excellent care practices.
Liaise with residents, their families, and external stakeholders to ensure individual care plans meet their needs.
Oversee the home's operational activities, including staffing, budgeting, and resource management.

Requirements:
Qualifications: NVQ Level 4 or 5 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
Experience: Proven experience as a Deputy Manager in a similar residential care setting.
Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
Driving: Must be a driver with access to a vehicle.
