Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and comprehensive lessons tailored to the needs of SEN students, fostering a deep understanding and appreciation of the subject matter.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the SEN curriculum, ensuring alignment with current educational developments and the needs of our diverse student body.
- Implement effective assessment strategies to monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to aid their academic development.

Qualifications and Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with relevant experience in SEN education.
- Experience teaching and supporting SEN students at various educational levels.
- Strong knowledge of SEN principles and current developments in the field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Collaborative mindset and adaptability in a team-oriented teaching environment.
- Provide an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable), and professional reference checks.
- Ensure your CV covers the last 10 years of employment history where possible.
- Have the legal right to work in the UK.
