**We are currently seeking experienced and dedicated SEN (Special Educational Needs) Teaching Assistants to join our agency and work in the BS3 area. As a reputable agency serving educational institutions in the region, we value the vital role that SEN Teaching Assistants play in supporting the diverse needs of students and ensuring they receive the highest level of care and education.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Support students with SEN on an individual and small group basis within educational settings in the BS3 area.
- Collaborate with teachers to adapt and deliver personalized learning plans that accommodate each student's specific needs.
- Assist in creating and implementing inclusive educational materials and strategies.
- Foster a positive and supportive learning environment, encouraging the active participation and engagement of all students.
- Monitor student progress and communicate effectively with teachers and SENCOs to ensure the effectiveness of interventions and adjustments.
- Build positive relationships with parents/guardians, ensuring open lines of communication and involving them in the educational process.
- Serve as a role model, promoting positive behavior, emotional well-being, and inclusive practices.
- Show commitment to professional development, staying up-to-date with the latest techniques and practices in SEN education.

**Requirements**:

- Demonstrable experience working with students with SEN in educational or care settings.
- Possess relevant qualifications in Teaching and Learning Support or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, teachers, and parents/guardians.
- Patience, empathy, and a nurturing approach when supporting students with diverse needs.
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet varying requirements and changing circumstances.
- Willingness to travel to different educational settings within the BS3 area.
