Key responsibilities:

* Communicating professionally and courteously with customers via telephone and email

* Updating internal system

* Taking inbound calls from customers and helping with enquiries

* Passing calls on to internal colleagues when necessary

* Ensure files are uploaded to the database.

* Always complying with company policies and procedures

Requirements:

* High level of Maths and English

* Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.

* Professional telephone manner

* Previous experience in a customer service-based role is highly desirable

* Good IT literacy and working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 programmes (Teams, Outlook)
