Key Responsibilities:

• Provide PA duties and manage complex email inboxes and calendars for the Co-Founders.

• Schedule and coordinate meetings, both internal and external.

• Organise travel arrangements and itineraries.

• Assist with sales and marketing administration and data management.

• Cleanse and maintain CRM data to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

• Take notes at meetings and assist during presentations.

• Handle confidential information with utmost discretion.

• Answer office phone calls and direct calls.

• Maintain the office environment.

• Utilize Microsoft Office and other company software for various administrative tasks.

Skills Required:

* Minimum 2 years' experience working in an administrative/PA capacity for senior leaders.

* Must have worked in a fast paced/commercial organisation (sales & marketing environments).

* Excellent organizational and time management skills.

* Strong attention to detail.

* Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

* Outgoing personality with strong communication skills.

* Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
