This role will suit an experienced, dynamic Personal Assistant (PA) with excellent organisational and communication skills.

Key responsibilities:
* Supporting the General Managers and their teams with Personal Assistant (PA) activities as required
* Booking travel and accommodation
* Scheduling appointments and managing diaries
* Organise office operations and procedures
* Supporting with Office Management duties - Maintaining the office condition and arrange necessary repairs
* Partner with HR to assist in the onboarding process for new hires and full employee life cycle
* Address employees queries regarding office management issues
* Liaise with facility management vendors, including cleaning, catering and security services
* Assisting with ongoing projects to help further integrate the business with parent company
What they are looking for:
* Previous PA experience
* Educated to Degree level
* Previous experience of working within process driven organisation
* Previous experience of managing heavy diary schedules, travel, meetings & events
* Excellent knowledge of MS Office including Outlook
* Experience of covering Facilities including knowledge around Health & Safety - dealing with contractors / maintenance
* Hard-working and proactive
* Highly organised and efficient
* Excellent communicator
* Self-motivated and able to work under own autonomy or as part of a tea
