Your Responsibilities:

Business Development: Proactively promote TEC Partners to secure new clients and job vacancies.
Client & Candidate Relations: Deliver outstanding customer service to build and maintain strong relationships.
Consultative Approach: Guide candidates and clients through the interview process with clear communication and expert advice.
Talent Matching: Use our candidate databases to connect the right talent with the right roles.
Networking & Marketing: Utilize sales techniques and networking strategies to attract new business.
