The Role: As a Recruitment Consultant at TEC Partners, you will:
Lead and Develop: Take charge of end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to managing client relationships and closing deals.
Build Relationships: Establish and nurture strong connections with clients and candidates, ensuring a deep understanding of their needs and goals.
Drive Success: Utilize your expertise to identify opportunities, negotiate contracts, and achieve ambitious targets.

Experienced: Proven track record as a recruitment consultant, with experience in the technology, engineering, scientific or gaming sectors OR a proven track record in Sales/Business Development
Results-Driven: Strong ability to meet and exceed targets, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
Excellent Communicator: Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Self-Motivated: Highly organized, proactive, and capable of working independently and as part of a team.
