Duties and Responsibilities of the Temporary Customer Servicer Advisor:

First point of contact for customers.
Providing excellent customer service and exemplary product knowledge.
Dealing with a wide variety of customers with varying needs, from investigating a delivery query with a courier through to assisting with a technical query about a product.
Working closely with and supporting your team.

Requirements of the Temporary Customer Service Advisor:

Experience working in a customer service environment.
Excellent relationship building skills.
Comfortable working in a fast paced environment.
Positive, adaptable and deeply motivated when it comes to customer service.
Experience working on a CRM system is preferred.
