My client is a well-established independent consultancy specialising in architectural and environmental acoustics, is seeking a dedicated Acoustic Consultant to join their team. Requirements:

A BSc and/or MSc in Acoustics or a related field, coupled with membership with the Institute of Acoustics
A valid UK driver's licence
Previous experience with EIA-scale projects within the renewable energy sector or general construction environment
Proficiency in conducting noise assessments and surveys for energy infrastructure-related projectsResponsibilities:

Close coordination with all stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
Collaborating at all stages of a project's lifecycle
Executing background noise surveys and predictions to create noise chapters for EIA and other supporting documents
