Project Field Engineer
We are looking for Project Field Engineers to work with one of our public Sector clients
This role will require travel throughout Northamptonshire visiting GP practices on a daily basis, and will involve moving GP practices onto Azure domain and refresh all laptops / desktops in the estate and move to O365

This is a 3-month temporary position but one in which you would be able to gain valuable exposure/experience working within the Public Sector.

37.5 hours per week between 08:00am - 18:00pm Mon - Fri. (Must be fully flexible to work between these hours)

Pay rate £14.52 per hour

Key Responsibilities
o Device rollout throughout all sites
o Configure Printers, domain services, install software
o Support all onsite staff professionally and effectively.
o Day-to-day management of own workload, prioritising work efficiently and effectively to ensure all deadlines are successfully met.
o Follow agreed processes, flag irregularities, and escalate issues
o Manual handling of PCs and other IT equipment during deployment to customer locations

Skills and Experience Required
o Full clean driving licence is essential for this role
o Degree in relevant IT subject or equivalent experience in an IT service desk environment
o Ability to prioritise own workload effectively
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office applications
o Ability to communicate effectively with staff and customers at all levels
o An understanding of confidentiality and the Data Protection Act.
o NHS and clinical system experience are desirable for this role but not essential.
