Salary: £22,500 + Uncapped Commission Scheme

Contract Details: Permanent, Full Time Monday - Friday 8:30-5:30pm

Are you a motivated and ambitious individual with a passion for sales? Our client, a leading automotive company, is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to join their team in Romford. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in generating profit by selling vehicles through various funding options.

Responsibilities:

Develop leads generated by advertising to generate new business.
Identify potential customers through cold calling and networking.
Make accurate and rapid cost calculations, providing customers with quotations.
Negotiate terms of agreements and close sales to achieve targets.
Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of orders.
Review sales performance and strive to meet or exceed targets.Skills and Interests:

Strong commercial awareness and the ability to understand customer needs.
Confident and determined approach to selling.
Self-motivation and drive to achieve sales targets.
Capacity to thrive in a competitive environment.Training:

Our client offers a comprehensive induction course covering product knowledge and sales administration. You will also receive training on selling techniques, objection handling, and closing sales. After the induction, you will have time to further develop your skills without the pressure of meeting targets.

Flexibility is essential, as you may need to work longer hours to achieve targets. Your primary work location will be our sales office in Romford, with occasional customer visits. Therefor full, clean driving licence is required.

Annual Income:

Our client offers a competitive basic salary along with a generous commission structure. There is no upper limit on earnings, and exciting competitions provide opportunities to win bonuses.
