The role

As a Trainee Teaching Assistant you will:

Receive a free package of approved training
Complete Safeguarding, Child Protection, behaviour management and SEND training
Complete a 5-days PAID placement, Monday to Friday, in a school
Be a motivated, organised and dedicated person
Be able to build positive working relationships quickly

Requirements
To be considered for the Trainee Teaching Assistant position, you will:

Have a desire to support children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities
Ideally hold a driving licence and have access to your own vehicle

All staff we register will undertake thorough interviewing and referencing checks and hold, or be prepared to undergo, an Enhanced DBS check that must be registered on the Update Service.

Salary Requirements
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position is

to have or be prepared to undergo an Enhanced DBS check
to have an Enhanced DBS that is on the update service (child workforce or child and adult workforce)
