Description

Oversee the daily operations of the pharmacy department in the Truro location.
Ensure excellent patient care by providing advice and support to customers.
Manage and mentor a team of pharmacy staff.
Ensure all legal and professional requirements are met.
Maintain high standards of health and safety within the pharmacy department.
Drive the commercial success of the department through effective management of resources and budgets.
Work collaboratively with other departments in the retail store.
Participate in company-wide initiatives and training programmes.Profile

A successful Pharmacy Manager should have:

Pharmacist registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council.
Experience in a retail or healthcare setting.
Strong leadership and management skills.
Excellent customer service skills and a patient-focused approach.
Good understanding of the commercial aspects of a pharmacy business.
