We are seeking an experienced Estimator with great customer service skills to join our team in London, who specialise in building maintenance within commercial & residential properties.

Duties will include but not be limited to:

- Providing estimates and pricing support

- Preparing timely and accurate quotations based on customer requirements and KPI’s.

- Preparing presentation packs for tender submissions

- Working closely with management to review QC’s and problem solving

- Working with internal teams to resolve various technical issues in a timely manner

- Ensure compliance in Health and Safety Regulations

- Procurement of materials and equipment to carry out works.

Experience and qualifications required:

- Minimum of 10 years experience within the construction industry

- Working knowledge of schedule rates

- Strong negotiation and communication skills

- Exceptional customer service skills

- Numerate

- Excellent time management and organisational skills

- Proficient in the use of Outlook, Word, Excel

- Flexible and adaptable to varying workloads

- A hardworking and reliable work ethic

Job Type: Permanent and Full time

Working Hours:

8:00 – 17:00 with a 1-hour unpaid lunch break

Monday to Friday

£32k-£36k pa
