Hours of work:

9am to 5pm

The Role:

As a Quality Admin/Officer, your responsibilities will include:

* Performing administrative duties to ensure effective management of the Quality Management System (QMS) and all Quality Processes.

* Maintaining all original signed documentation, including superseded versions of controlled documents.

* Assisting with the management and maintenance of the QMS.

* Contributing to the delivery of QA projects as required.

* Supporting the QA Manager in the administration of the QMS.

* Reviewing, verifying and assigning disposition regarding product activities connected to the warehouse.

* Making decisions, solving problems and influencing others to achieve the above responsibilities.

The Candidate:

The ideal candidate for the Quality Admin/Officer role should have:

* Proven ability of accurate and timely completion of tasks.

* Experience of working with spreadsheets and databases.

* Proven ability of providing excellent administration support to a team.

* Ability to prioritise and multitask effectively.

* Capability of transferable skills.

* Flexibility with working hours to support the service.

The Package:

The Quality Admin/Officer role comes with an hourly rate of £11.67. In addition to this, you'll have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, contributing to the quality assurance of important medical supplies. You'll also be expected to attend any training courses relevant to the job role.
