Production Manager required to join a successful leading manufacturing company. The Production Manager will provide leadership and support to the production teams and managing individual staff performance.

Requirements of the role:
* Degree qualified in a relevant discipline.

* Analytical capacity to identify and address technical issues.
* Strong knowledge and understanding of Total Quality Management.
* Experience of planned preventative maintenance systems.
* Experience in troubleshooting installation, fault finding, and repairs.
