Responsibilities:  

As a Teaching Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in guiding students along their educational journey.
Utilize various strategies to effectively address the unique needs of each student.
Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and families to develop comprehensive support plans.
Cultivate a positive atmosphere to enhance social and communication skills.
Consistently implement interventions and participate in activities to support academic progress.

Requirements:  

Preference will be given to candidates with previous experience as a Teaching Assistant. 
Applicants with a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle will receive priority consideration. 
Effective communication skills are essential for success in this role. 
We highly prioritise traits such as compassion, patience, and empathy. 
Adaptability and flexibility in various situations are necessary qualities. 
A strong commitment to fostering the success and well-being of students is fundamental.
