Join a growing team on the outskirts of Horsham, in growing and managing their content across all channels. Working directly with the Social media and Digital Marketing Manager, you'll run the day-to-day social channels and campaigns.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone that has the foundations of social media and/or marketing skills looking to grow and develop in a collaborative and supportive team.
The Role
* Freedom to work independently to produce schedules, ideas and content for all social channels as well as working closely with the Social Media & Digital Marketing Manager
* Create and manage monthly content ans schedule including engagement through comments, likes, shares
* Creative involvement in marketing meetings and content shoots
* Involvement in the UK and soon to be expanding EU market
* Reporting and monitoring of trends, algorithms, competitor offerings
* Growing, developing and managing the Ambassador programme
* Managing brand partnerships
* Analytics and reporting on weekly stats for monthly reporting
* This is a collaborative team and will involve working with all internal and external stake holders
You'll have:
* Proven experience with social media or marketing
* Familiarity with social media and ASA rules and regulations
* Strong understanding of social platforms and knowledge of their management and analytic tools
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to multi task, manage own workloads and strong organisational skills
* Proficient with Microsoft Suite, Google Suite and Canva
