Start Date: ASAP

Location: Bradford - BD7

Hours: 8:30- 5:00pm Monday to Thursday and 4:30 finish on Friday

Duration: 3 months

Pay: £12.50- £13.00 per hour

Office Angels are supporting another educational institution who are looking for a confident individual with a strong administration background This will be supporting their student funding team.

It is a bonus if you have any exposure to any accounts experience, but this is not essential

The ideal candidate must have an enhanced DBS or be happy to have one done

Your day-to-day duties will include:

Providing face-to-face, online and telephone support with general information and advice for student
Assisting students and potential students to access relevant information and advice regarding student finance, loans ect to ensure an outstanding student experience.
Processing internal applications
Accurately input and maintain student records
Promoting the service at college events
To process BACS payment runs for bursary students
Assisting with any other administrative tasks for the other departmentsWe would love to speak to a candidate who:

Has experience as an Administrator - education environment is a bonus but not essential
Excellent Customer Service skills
