Best In Class has an opportunity for an experienced HLTA within Keighley area of Bradford to start in January.
As a HLTA, you will be responsible for covering lessons for teacher absence including training, sickness and PPA. You may also have the responsibility to plan your own direct lessons.
As a HLTA, you will have strong knowledge of different communication and behavioural management techniques to be able to utilise within the classroom.
You must have a positive, can do attitude, showing children the ways in which they need to interact with others in a responsible and respectful way.
The school pride themselves on their high expectations for students to be provided with every opportunity to succeed and do well further in life. It is important that all their children are equipped with the skillset to succeed once they leave primary school. To be successful you must have:
* Level 4 or above HLTA qualification
* Be able to build strong relationships with students
* Exercise Strong Communication Skills

* An enhanced DBS that is registered to the update service
* Two suitable teaching references covering the past two years
* Right to work in the UK
