Best In Class has an opportunity for an experienced HLTA within Keighley area of Bradford to start in January.
As a HLTA, you will be responsible for covering lessons for teacher absence including training, sickness and PPA. You may also have the responsibility to plan your own direct lessons.
As a HLTA, you will have strong knowledge of different communication and behavioural management techniques to be able to utilise within the classroom.
You must have a positive, can do attitude, showing children the ways in which they need to interact with others in a responsible and respectful way.

It is important that all their children are equipped with the skillset to succeed once they leave primary school. To be successful you must have:
* Level 4 or above HLTA qualification
* Be able to build strong relationships with students
* Exercise Strong Communication Skills

* An enhanced DBS that is registered to the update service
* Two suitable teaching references covering the past two years
* Right to work in the UK
