Linking Humans are seeking a motivated and driven individual to join our team as a Graduate Recruitment Consultant.

In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the recruitment process for various positions within our organisation and providing support to our experienced recruitment consultants. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate who is looking to launch their career in the recruitment industry and gain valuable hands-on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Candidate Sourcing: Assist in identifying potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media platforms, and networking events.

2. Screening and Selection: Conduct initial screenings of candidates by reviewing resumes, conducting phone interviews, and assessing their qualifications and suitability for specific roles.

3. Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.

4. Relationship Building: Develop and maintain relationships with candidates to understand their career goals, aspirations, and preferences, providing a personalised and positive experience throughout the recruitment journey.

5. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and recruitment best practices to effectively advise candidates and contribute to the overall success of the recruitment team.

6. Database Management: Accurately record and maintain candidate information and progress in our applicant tracking system, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.

7. Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance such as drafting job descriptions, preparing interview materials, and managing recruitment-related documentation.

Qualifications:

1. Education: Bachelor's degree.

2. Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with candidates, colleagues, and stakeholders.

3. Attention to Detail: Demonstrated ability to pay meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all recruitment activities.

4. Time Management and Organisation: Proven ability to prioritise tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and handle a high-volume workload in a fast-paced environment.

5. Team Player: Willingness to collaborate and contribute to a supportive team environment, sharing knowledge and ideas to achieve common goals.

6. Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to think critically, analyse situations, and propose creative solutions to recruitment challenges.

7. Tech Savviness: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience working with applicant tracking systems or similar software is an advantage.
