Job Title: Assistant HR Advisor

Location: Winchester/Hybrid

Contract Type: Temporary until March 2025

Hourly Rate: £13.28

Hours: 23.5 hours per week

About the Role

To develop and implement a comprehensive, effective and efficient administrative support involving processing of confidential and sensitive documentation within tight timescales to meet business requirements within a busy HR administrative team.

Role Responsibilities

Contribute to and support the delivery of a high-quality administrative service as part of a team in a variety of duties for our Partners.
Respond to routine enquiries.
Demonstrate flexibility and motivation to work well as part of a team and support other members of the team as required.
Using a variety of IT systems for data management and information output.
Supporting project work and system developments.
Work with sensitive and confidential information.
Plan and prioritise workloads to meet tight deadlines.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Good standard of education or equivalent experience.
Previous experience of delivering a wide range of administrative functions.
Excellent standard of computer literacy with experience of using a variety of software for data management and transmission.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Good organisation and time management skills.
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
Ability to prioritise, multi-task and adapt to changing priorities as well as being able to work with own initiative.
Ability to take notes at meetings and produce minutes.
Be flexible and adaptable to undertake a variety of different tasks.
Working Conditions

Handling objects up to 5kgThe role can be partly carried out remotely, but some office-based working will be

required to support business needs.
