The Candidate.

* Degree is not essential to apply but having the right attitude and experience to grow with the business is.

* Ideally you will have industry experience within food manufacturing.

* Experience in developing recipes and concepts and presenting these concepts to the retailers and/or overheads.

* A passion for innovation and a forward-thinking attitude will certainly take you far within this growing business.

* Drive to grow and develop your career with a genuine passion for the food industry.

The Role.

* Alongside the development of concepts, you’ll be consistently researching market trends and keeping informed.

* Working closely with the NPD Manager you will help to ensure best processes are delivered.

* Benchmarking existing products against your competitors in the market to stay ahead of the game.

* Successful deliver on concept, creation, and development, working cross functionally.
