Description
Oversee and manage all compliance-related activities within the Engineering & Manufacturing department.
Implement and monitor compliance procedures and policies.
Facilitate training and awareness programs to ensure company-wide understanding of compliance.
Collaborate with different teams to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
Regularly conduct audits and assessments to identify possible compliance risks.
Develop strategies to address compliance issues promptly and effectively.
Ensure all operations adhere to laws and regulations applicable to the Industrial / Manufacturing industry.
Report to senior management on compliance operations and issues.Profile
A successful Compliance Manager should have:
Knowledge of compliance standards and regulations in the manufacturing sector.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven experience in risk management and corporate governance.
Ability to interpret and implement laws and regulations pertaining to the industry.Job Offer
