Our client, a leading organisation in the industry, is seeking a Senior Print Team Operative to join their team in Capenhurst, Cheshire.

As the Senior Print Team Operative, you will play a key role in ensuring that all post-production is carried out efficiently and to the highest quality standards. You will collaborate closely with the Print Room Supervisor and assist in training and mentoring new team members.

Responsibilities:

Meet customer requirements by adhering to quality standards, ensuring security, and meeting turnaround time.
Proactively communicate with the Print Team Supervisor in case of any challenges preventing customer requirements from being met.
Become proficient in the operation of various printing, binding, and mailing equipment.
Maintain and troubleshoot mono, colour, and Braille printing equipment.
Complete docket books accurately and ensure they are in the designated place before post collection.
Collate information for invoicing purposes, such as postage records, and submit them within the agreed timescale.
Adhere to all relevant health and safety procedures and guidelines.Qualifications:

Previous experience as a Print Operative in a fast-paced environment is desirable.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Flexibility and adaptability to meet changing business needs.
Knowledge of health and safety procedures in a printing environment.Benefits:
