Create planning and scheduling tools to translate forecast demand into production requirements, facilitating efficient production slot allocation and milestone delivery tracking.
Maintain the master production schedule, adjusting as necessary to accommodate changes in customer demand or production constraints.
Generate regular reports on order status and production progress to meet customer deliverables, identifying and resolving scheduling problems in collaboration with relevant departments.
Drive continuous improvement in scheduling efficiency and develop tools to analyse production performance, informing capacity planning and articulating the impact of program changes on delivery milestones.
Engage early in the product lifecycle to inform bid and program management activities, collaborating on solutions to meet customer requirements and expectations.

Self-motivated and able to inspire others while working independently.
Excellent interpersonal skills demonstrated leadership in collaborative settings, and proficient in providing clear feedback.
