Lettings Associate - £28,000pa- DOE- Leeds – plus 10% discretionary bonus

One Property Recruitment have been instructed upon the search for an ambitious Lettings Associate to enter their prized residential site. My client is one of the fastest growing Build to Rent operators within the UK who have assets across the UK.

Your role as a Leasing professional will consist of:

• Perform all sales and leasing activities to achieve the community’s revenue and occupancy goals.

• Qualify potential residents, conduct community tours, and showcase apartments.

• Conduct apartment viewings and market the properties.

• Upload the apartments on the property portals and their social media.

• Prepare the lease and move-in package for residents and ensure that lease signing is completed efficiently.

• Assist with resident event planning and execution.

• Respond quickly and politely to resident concerns and take prompt action to solve problems.

• Support the marketing team with overall marketing and leasing efforts and offer input and suggestions in regard to promotions, advertising, and pricing.

This is an exceptional opportunity for someone who has previous lettings experience and for someone who wants to utilise an exceptional opportunity. The portfolio of the site has recently increased so this will be good for someone who wants to take on a challenge and progress with pace

• Experience within lettings.

• Possess a passion for customer service and ensuring excellence.

• Have excellent written and spoken English.

• Have a smooth communication style.

• Be able to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines
