Multi Trade Operative - Bricklayer required to work with a leading Housing Association covering Lincolnshire and wider region.

My client requires an experienced multi trade bricklayer based in the Lincolnshire region.

Work will included reactive repairs and maintenance on domestic social housing propertie. Brick laying, brick repairs and external maintenance will be the main focus of your day to day tasks. You will be working in an award winning repairs and maintenance team, helping bring their customers properties upto a high standard.

Must have full UK driving licence.

Work will be 8 hours per day Monday to Friday. 40 hours per week.

Whats on offer:

Salary: £29619 + Van and Fuel Card

Company Van The ideal candidate will have the following:

Bricklaying or external maintenance main trade skills able to carry out other trades work.
Hold a good level of workmanship
Previous experienced on carrying out maintenance in a social housing environment
NVQ or City & Guilds in Bricklaying
Full UK Driving License
