- United Kingdom**EQUANS is looking for a Multi Skilled Trade Operative to join our team in Lincoln. This is a full-time role. On offer is a competitive salary, and benefits package.**

**Please note we are looking for someone with more joinery experience**

**_ WHAT WILL YOU DELIVER?_**
- Responsible for delivering a wide range of Repairs, Maintenance and Refurbishment works.
- Compliance with specification
- To provide a multi-skilled trade service, working on the allocated site
- Compliance with materials / workmanship schedules
- Maintain and care for all company tools.
- To use appropriate safety equipment
- To ensure areas of work are left clean and tidy at the end of the day.
- Ensure accurate / timely completion of any relevant site-based documentation

**WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?**
- Previous trades experience
- Up to date relevant industry related knowledge
- Understanding of local government
- Experience of Partnership arrangements
- Up to date relevant knowledge of Health and Safety legislation
- Current and Valid Full & Clean UK driving licence
