This is initially a 6 month contract with a strong possibility to go perm. We are looking for a Data Analyst skilled in Domo and Power BI to take a central role in their clients data-driven initiatives. While your core expertise in Power BI is highly valued, you will also have the chance to immerse yourself in the world of Domo, with comprehensive training provided to enhance your analytics toolkit. You'll be integral to every aspect of the reporting process, from mapping out requirements to creating custom visualisations.

As a talented and enthusiastic candidate, you will analyse, model, and interpret data, managing requirements and developing solutions for a range of data/reporting challenges. Confident in leading requirements-gathering workshops, you'll work across various systems and business processes to design and deliver effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

* Gather, define, and maintain business reporting needs.

* Develop and adapt dashboards and reports in Domo, aligning with business objectives.

* Receive full training to transition to and incorporate Domo into our reporting ecosystem.

* Use SQL and other query languages for data analysis, ensuring concise and effective information transformation.

* Collaborate with data engineers for optimal data schema and flow.

* Create custom visualisations and initiate custom alerts for enhanced data use.

* Promote data-driven decision-making throughout the business.

Essential Qualifications:

* 1-2 years in an analytics role, preferably with Domo experience within the retail industry.

* A strong willingness to learn and develop skills in Domo.

* Strong Excel skills

* Solid understanding of data modelling, schemas, and API integrations.

* Proficiency in gathering and documenting business needs.

* Excellent communication skills and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
