Parts Sales Executive

Do you have a proven track record managing existing client accounts and developing new business?
My client, a well established Heavy/Light Commercial Vehicle franchise, are seeking a Parts Sales Representative to join their growing Parts Department. The offer a range of services including:
* New and used truck and van sales
* All-makes parts sales and service back-up
* Specialist services - Paint and Body Shop, Truck and Van Conversions, Signs and Graphics, Truck and Van Conversions and Shot blasting.
As a new addition to the Parts department you will be responsible for selling Van and HGV parts to trade and fleet customers, utilising your account management and new business sales skills.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing a portfolio of existing client accounts, undertaking regular visits.
* Selling and promoting parts business, maximising potential sales.
* Sourcing new business and setting up viable new accounts.
* Tracking impress stock and pro-actively managing stock levels to meet customer demand.
Previous experience in commercial vehicle parts sales is essential, as is a solid understanding of the sales process and the ability to close a sale. You will also need:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* The ability to build good customer relations
* Good negotiation and problem solving skills
* The ability to manage your own diary and prioritise workload
Based from the Ashford depot you will cover accounts across Kent, East Sussex and South East London. Hours of work are:
* Monday to Friday 8.00am - 5.30pm
* 2 in 4 Saturdays 8.00am - 12.00pm
