Our esteemed client is seeking a talented Maintenance Supervisor to lead operations in their Distribution centre in Croydon. This is an excellent opportunity to showcase your leadership skills and contribute to the success of a thriving maintenance team. We are looking for someone who has some mechanical and electrical skills.
Responsibilities and requirements:
Efficiently manage day-to-day operations.
Mentor and guide Maintenance Engineers.
Delegate tasks effectively for streamlined processes.
Hit performance targets and ensure timely task completion.
Oversee inspections and routine maintenance tasks.
Maintain high standards during site visits.
Collaborate with the team, contractors, and authorities.
Keep maintenance manuals up-to-date.Candidate Profile:
Proven experience in team supervision.
Preferably with some electrical and mechanical experience.
An understanding of building maintenance including carpentry, plumbing, painting and decorating.
Represent the company as a reliable Ambassador.
Strong planning, organisational, and communication skills.
