You will be providing secretarial support in a range of Family Law matters. The role will require the successful candidate to undertake general secretarial tasks such as filing, opening files, maintaining the staff handbook, dealing with post.

Key criteria:

* Experience of working as a secretary within a legal environment.

* You will have excellent client care skills.

* Excellent telephone matter.

* Excellent spelling and grammar.

* Audio typing speed experience.

* General IT skills including Office packages.

* Excellent communication skills.
