Job Title: Temporary Finance Administrator - Global Household Brand
Hourly Rate: £13.50 - £15.00 an hour + Office Angels Benefits + Holiday Pay
Start Date: ASAP
Hours: 09:00 - 17:30, Monday to Friday
Duration: 3 Months +
Location: East Leeds, LS15 with parking - Hybrid Working
Are you looking to gain some experience within the Finance industry? Do you have strong Administration skills, with excellent attention to detail?
Office Angels are proud to be supporting this fantastic Global Household Brand in the recruit of a Temporary Finance Administrator. In this role, you'll be instrumental in supporting the finance team. As the ideal candidate, you will be a strong administrator with excellent Excel skills, well organised and detail oriented.
Responsibilities:
PO approvals
Populating files with the right data and performing checks on these to ensure that they match.
Manipulating Excel spreadsheets and data
Producing Customer Statements
Approving sample requests in line with policy
Posting daily banking information to the system
Other administrative tasks to support the Finance Function
To be considered for this opportunity you will:
Have exceptional administrative skills, advanced Excel skills.
Excellent communication skills
Previous Finance experience desirable
Excellent organisation skills
Excellent attention to detail
