Key Responsibilities:

* Lead a team of landscaping professionals to deliver top-notch customer care.

* Visit customers to address and rectify issues with fencing, lawn care, and turf laying.

* Perform extensive lawn maintenance, including mowing, fertilising, aerating, and weed control.

* Manage fencing repairs and installations, ensuring high standards of workmanship.

* Oversee turf laying projects from preparation to completion.

* Conduct site assessments to develop effective solutions for landscaping issues.

* Maintain accurate records of visits, actions taken, and customer feedback.

* Train and mentor team members, promoting best practices in safety and customer service.

* Communicate effectively with customers, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.

* Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.

Requirements:

* Proven experience in landscaping, lawn care, fencing, and turf laying.

* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.

* Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

* Outstanding customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanour.

* Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

* Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and work outdoors in various weather conditions.

* Strong communication and organisational skills.

* Knowledge of sustainable landscaping practices is a plus.
