Interface Manager

NESFircroft are partnered with a global cabling client sourcing a Interface Manager to join and deliver on a high-profile construction project based in Scotland.

The ideal candidate will have strong working experience within Logistics / Stakeholders projects, cabling projects (desirable).
Please note this role has been assessed as Inside IR35 (Umbrella & PAYE Only)

The work location will feature concurrent third-party infrastructure projects alongside the cable installation. These projects will encompass both offshore and onshore renewable energy construction schemes, including wind farms, substation and converter station construction, associated haul roads with shared access points, overhead power line works, and construction activities for energy storage facilities.
Duties will include – 
Capture and manage third party requirements 
Manage the interface between third parties  
Facilitate regular meetings or workshops involving all stakeholders, including third-party contractors, internal teams, and clients 
Develop comprehensive documentation that outlines third-party requirements, expectations, and timelines 
Align the goals of third-party contractors with the overall project objectives 
Proactively identify potential risks related to third-party requirements 
Collaborate on risk mitigation strategies to minimise disruptions 
Seek feedback from all stakeholders and implement improvements accordingly
