About the role:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated KS2 Teacher to join our team on a part-time basis, starting as soon as possible. This role is a replacement position due to a colleague’s upcoming maternity leave. As a KS2 Teacher, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality education to our Year 3 and Year 4 students. The role involves teaching a class of approximately 30 students, and you will have the support of a teaching assistant to help with classroom management and individualized student support. The position is part-time, requiring you to work three days per week, allowing for a flexible work-life balance while still contributing to our vibrant school community.

Application Requirements:

• A valid Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).

• Experience teaching Key Stage 2, with a solid understanding of the KS2 curriculum.

• Strong classroom management skills and the ability to create an engaging learning environment.

• A passion for fostering students’ academic and personal growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and effective lessons in line with the KS2 curriculum.

• Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support as needed.

• Collaborate with the teaching team and parents to support student development.

• Participate in school activities and contribute to the development of the school community.
