About the role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated KS2 Teacher to join our team on a full-time, long-term basis. The position offers a competitive salary ranging from £160 to £210 per day, reflecting the experience and skills of the successful candidate. This position is a new addition to our team as we continue to grow and enhance our provision for Key Stage 2 students. The role stands out for its opportunity to contribute to a thriving, supportive learning environment where both students and teachers can excel.
You will be teaching a class of around 30 well-behaved and high-achieving pupils, supported by a friendly and collaborative team. The role will involve planning and delivering engaging lessons, assessing student progress, and contributing to the wider school community.
Application Requirements:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
• Experience in teaching KS2, with a strong understanding of the national curriculum.
• Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to inspire and motivate students.
• Strong communication skills to effectively work with colleagues, parents, and students.
• Experience or familiarity with SEN provisions is preferred, but not essential.
• While we welcome experienced teachers, we also encourage outstanding Early Career Teachers (ECTs) to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver engaging and effective lessons that cater to a range of learning needs and abilities.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support to ensure each child reaches their full potential.
• Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement the curriculum and school initiatives.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes a love of learning.
