As a sheet metal worker you will be responsible for fabricating and repairing sheet metal products using a variety of tools and equipment. You will become a critical member of the company by ensuring the products made are of the highest standards of safety and quality. Responsibilities

Your responsibilities as a sheet metal worker will include:

Setting up and operating fabrication machinery such as press brakes and guillotines
Using hand and power tools to smooth surfaces
Assembly of sheet metal products
Basic inspection of completed work
Reading and interpreting engineering drawings, schematics, and technical specifications
Adhere to health and safety requirements at all times
Background

The successful sheet metal worker must have:

Previous sheet metal working experience
Strong understanding of technical drawings and diagrams
High attention to detail and a meticulous attitude
Ability to work to deadlines with a high level of accuracy
