Group Rota Co-ordinator Job Description
Job Role Information:
The role of a Rota Co-ordinator is administrative and is to coordinate and organise care for residents and clients across the Groups services. Their primary focus is managing the rota and working with the management team to the needs of the residents and clients. After successful induction, potential for future flexible working. This role may be ideal for someone who wants to work flexible hours.
**Job Title: Group Care Co-ordinator**
**Location: Group office**
**Responsible to: Group Manager**
Principle Responsibilities**:To plan daily rotas to meet residents and clients’ needs and requirements.**
- To plan daily rotas within the constraints of staffing requirements, policy and budget, as set out by the Group Manager.
- Answering requests from staff regarding their rota’s to ensure the efficient provision of care.
- Coordinating staff swaps and leave and time sheets.
- Preparing hours for payroll.
- Escalating problems to the management where necessary.
- Administrating migrant workers.

Personal Specification: Essential**:Impeccable attention to detail and organised.**
- A good command of English language both written and spoken and the ability to converse with both care workers, professionals as well as clients and their families is essential.
- Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft office. Full training on the use of our computer rostering system will be provided.
Desirable**:Experience of working as a rota coordinator, administrator, or care coordinator.**
- **Familiarity with rota planning software (Find my shift) and care planning software (Nourish).**:
- Driving licence and own car.All staff are required to respect the confidentiality of all matters that they might learn in the course of their employment. All staff are expected to respect the requirements under the Data Protection Act 1998. All staff must ensure that they are aware of their responsibilities under the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 25 per week
**Salary**: £27,000.00-£27,001.00 per year
