Our Key Account Managers are based in Halifax and specialise in managing our Master Vendor agreements with our Multi Academy Trust partners across the North and Midlands. Working with all schools in one trust, you will be responsible for filling all teaching and support roles, from daily cover supply teachers to long-term and permanent hires. You will be recruiting, vetting and deploying your own staff, as well as working with our agency partners to ensure that no roles go unfilled.

Coaching and mentoring of your resourcing consultant, as well as recruiting your own staff.
Expand relationships with existing customers by proposing solutions to meet their objectives.
Work autonomously and as part of a team

Source candidates by using our market leading candidate attraction methods
Interview candidates for both day to day and Long-Term roles
