📍 Location: Temple, in office

⌚ Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-5.30pm 💼

As a Legal PA/Secretary, you will provide comprehensive secretarial support to the firm's partners. This varied role will involve managing diaries, organising meetings, handling expenses, performing general administration, and managing documents. Your legal background and PA/practise management skills will be put to good use in this exciting position.

📅 This is a temporary role covering holiday leave, allowing you to showcase your expertise and make a meaningful impact within an established organisation.

⚙️ Key Responsibilities:

Extensive administrative support as a PA to partners
Diary management and travel bookings
Coordinating meeting rooms and liaising with clients
Taking accurate meeting minutes
