We are now looking for a talented Estimator to join our team and help us continue to set the standard for excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

* Project Assessment: Analyze architectural plans, specifications, and drawings to determine material and labor requirements for aluminium rainscreen systems.

* Cost Estimation: Prepare detailed cost estimates for metal facade projects, considering materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractor costs.

* Bid Preparation: Develop comprehensive and competitive bids to secure new projects.

* Vendor Coordination: Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to obtain accurate pricing and ensure timely delivery of materials.

* Client Interaction: Communicate effectively with clients, architects, and contractors to clarify project requirements and provide technical guidance.

* Budget Management: Monitor project budgets and make necessary adjustments to ensure profitability.

Qualifications:

* Proven experience as a Metal Facade Estimator or in a similar role within the construction industry.

* Strong understanding of aluminium rainscreen systems, materials, and installation techniques.

* Excellent analytical and mathematical skills.

* Proficiency in estimation software and MS Office Suite.

* Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

* Strong communication and negotiation abilities.

* Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
