The role:

Management of department performance against agreed metrics
Identify and drive improvement projects within the team
Develop and maintain an electronic QMS tool to drive continuous improvement of the systems
Data trending
Lead investigation teams to identify root cause and determine appropriate CAPAs
Lead audits (internal and external)
Set priorities for the teams to ensure timely task completion
Scheduling workloads
Participates and contributes to Operational Meetings
Coordinates and supervises the daily activities of managed teams
Line management and supervision of the teams.
Management of department training and development

Requirements:

A relevant degree as well as industry experience within a GMP regulated environment such as pharmaceutical, biotechnology and life science
Prior line management experience
Extensive audit experience- hosting and conducting internal audits
Extensive QMS experience
Strong leadership skills
Confident problem solver
