What You'll Do:

* Lead the charge in their preventative and predictive maintenance program

* Tackle breakdowns head-on, minimising downtime and keeping production flowing

* Manage and improve their facilities to create a safe, professional environment

* Work with cutting-edge equipment, including CNC machinery and advanced systems

* Collaborate with a dedicated team to ensure maximum plant availability

You're an Ideal Candidate If You Have:

* Strong mechanical skills with experience in electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems

* A proactive approach to problem-solving and a drive for continuous improvement

* Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage projects effectively

Bonus Points For:

* Experience with vacuum and conventional furnaces, presses, or resistance welding equipment

* Familiarity with EDM processes
