Responsibilities:

Supporting distributors and customers in the South-West region including Chichester, Andover, Swindon, Banbury, Gloucester and South Wales and everywhere in between
Growing the existing customer base and developing new business opportunities.
Answering technical queries through phone and email.
Visiting customers to recommend, specify, and introduce adhesives into their production line.
Providing support for complaint investigation and troubleshooting.
Conducting technical and new product training sessions for distributors.
Assisting in manning exhibitions when required.
Tracking sales leads, samples, and projects, ensuring regular feedback from customers and distributors.
Supporting new product launches and promotional activities.
Negotiating and providing pricing and quotations for customers.

Requirements for this role:

Proven sales experience, demonstrating your ability to drive results.
A strong technical aptitude, enabling you to understand and communicate product details effectively.
Exceptional relationship-building skills to foster long-term customer partnerships.
The ability to manage a territory as if it's your own business.
Confidence in converting leads into successful sales.
A full driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
Successful candidate to ideally live in Swindon, Bath or Gloucester area to have good access to territory.

The Role:
